🔐Login

To log in to NovaTalks provide the following:

1. User login

2. Password

3. Choose a phone

• No phone - select this option if you only need to handle chats/emails

• Web phone - choose this option to handle calls

If a phone is not configured, a user will be unable to log in, and the error message "Phone is not configured" will appear. For more information - Telephony.

The user can log in only once from one type of device.
