🏷️Tags Detail Report

Tags Detail – report that displays which labels are assigned to conversation and contact.

Filters

General report filters - allow you to select 1 or more possible values of a parameter from a list:

• Date/Time - filter by time

• Select tags - filter by labels

• Select Taggable type - filter by tagging type (conversation, dialog, contact)

• Taggable ID - filter by tag ID

Metrics

List of metrics available for display in the report:

Metric	Description
Date/Time	Date and time of tag assignment
Tag	Tag
Tag ID	Tag ID
Taggable type	Taggable type
Taggable ID	Taggable ID. Clicking on a field value takes you to a specified dialog, conversation, or contact.
