# Login

To log in to NovaTalks provide the following:

1. User login
2. Password
3. Choose a phone

* No phone - select this option if you only need to handle chats/emails
* Web phone - choose this option to handle calls

If a phone is not configured, a user will be unable to log in, and the error message "Phone is not configured" will appear. For more information - [Telephony](https://help.novatalks.com.ua/en/settings/agents#telephony).
