Analyze the effectiveness of your Contact Centre in real-time and based on historical data.
Possibilities:
Download a report - if you need to take a closer look at data from a report, you can easily download it in CSV or XLSX format by clicking on the "Download Report" button in the upper-right corner of the report window and selecting the desired format.
Data is downloaded taking into account the filters selected in the report settings.
Sort by column - allows you to sort data in a report by the selected column in descending/ascending order.
Filter by column - allows you to filter data in a report by the selected values in the column.
Configure statistics - allows you to add or remove parameters to be displayed in the report.
To configure statistics, in the upper-right corner of a report table header, click the button . After that, the configuration window opens, where the Selected and Available fields for selection are displayed.
Available - parameters that have not been added to a report. To add a parameter to a report, select it and use the right arrow to move it to the Selected section.
Selected - parameters that have been added to the report. To hide a parameter, select it and use the left arrow to move it to the Available section.
In the Selected parameters field, the parameters are displayed in the order they will appear in the report.
To change the order of a parameter, select the parameter and click the up arrow to move it up one position or down to move it down one position.
