Restrictions and limits
There are no limits from our service. However, we recommend reviewing the limits of the Telegram messenger for phone numbers.
Sending limits depend on the level of trust Viber has in your number.
Recommendations for sending:
If the number is new, blocking may occur after the 5th message per day.
If you haven't had any previous correspondence with your contacts, we recommend no more than 20 new dialogues per day.
If the client has replied to you at least once in the chat, there are no restrictions on sending.
If the client marks your message as spam, it can lead to blocking the number.
If your number has been blocked by Viber before, be aware of the limits as a new number to avoid being blocked again.
If your phone number was previously blocked, then changing your Viber number increases the chances of getting a block on your new number.
Blocking may occur due to unusual activity on your number. To avoid this, do not exceed the limits for initiating messages and do not send spam.
