⚠️Restrictions and limits

Sending limits depend on the level of trust Viber has in your number.

Recommendations for sending:

  • If the number is new, blocking may occur after the 5th message per day.

  • If you haven't had any previous correspondence with your contacts, we recommend no more than 20 new dialogues per day.

  • If the client has replied to you at least once in the chat, there are no restrictions on sending.

  • If the client marks your message as spam, it can lead to blocking the number.

  • If your number has been blocked by Viber before, be aware of the limits as a new number to avoid being blocked again.

  • If your phone number was previously blocked, then changing your Viber number increases the chances of getting a block on your new number.
