# Calendars

## Calendars list

In the **Calendars** section, you can create different working time calendars for use in other functionalities. 

Calendars are used in the [Chatbot ](https://help.novatalks.com.ua/en/get-started/settings/chatbots)functionality.

To create a new calendar or edit an existing one, select **Add calendar/Edit calendar.**

1. **Calendar Name**
2. **Description**
3. **Select timezone - t**he time zone in which a Calendar is planned to be used.
4. **Set weekly hours -** working hours for each day of the week.
5. **Set exceptions** - dates when business hours are different, such as holidays.
