In the Calendars section, you can create different working time calendars for use in other functionalities.
Calendars are used in the Chatbot functionality.
To create a new calendar or edit an existing one, select Add calendar/Edit calendar.

Description
Select timezone - the time zone in which a Calendar is planned to be used.
Set weekly hours - working hours for each day of the week.
Set exceptions - dates when business hours are different, such as holidays.
